Did you see this way of hitting better?

Last week I showed you a way to be hitting better, but you might not gotten enough information about my recommendation about the Hitting Vault, so let me give you a different link that goes to a page that has the full information about everything that they have and why it will be a better way to learn how to hit stronger than buying a new bat or wearing your lucky socks.

I know that resource will help you on your hitting and they teach the same things I teach. The lead instructor, just got hired by the Chicago White Sox to lead their minor league hitting programs. (And if you're worried about that he will only be teaching for baseball he also was a women's college softball hitting coach and has Alexa Peterson, a pro player demonstrating for the women).

Have you noticed the thumb thingee?

I hope you're watching the playoffs even if you're a softball player or if your team is already out. There's so much to learn about playing the game the right way (or what not to do on some occasions).

One of the things I hope you've noticed is how many players have a piece of rubber wrapped around their top hand's thumb.

I'd say about half of the major leaguers use it, from Aaron Judge, Cody Bellinger, Justin Turner, Juan Soto, players from each team.
